Liebherr’s Maritime Cargo & Construction Division (MCC) is offering an exciting traineeship opportunity within our division for a motivated individual to join the Parts team as a Trainee Parts Interpreter.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn to provide accurate technical and product information to both internal teams and external customers, building strong product knowledge over time.
- Develop the ability to correctly identify, process and fulfil parts orders, ensuring customers receive the right components efficiently.
- Gain practical experience in warehouse operations, including picking, packing and dispatching orders.
- Participate in stocktakes and cycle counts.
- Work closely with experienced team members and cross-functional departments to develop industry knowledge and best practices.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take initiative and continuously develop skills within the customer support environment.
About You
- Mechanical aptitude with previous experience in similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn ERP, POS, and Microsoft Office systems.
- Forklift License desirable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
