Our purchasing organisation is structured around globally oriented material groups. Supported by an in-house service company, specialist lead buyers manage the decentralised purchasing process. This structure facilitates standardised processes, clear responsibilities and, as such, forms the basis for strategic collaboration with our suppliers.

Your supplier application is forwarded within our Group’s Purchasing organisation to the relevant Lead Buyer Groups for consideration.

The purchasing organisation follows the decentralised organisational structure of the Group. Purchasing for all Liebherr companies is organised as a matrix, which is centrally coordinated by Liebherr-Purchasing Services GmbH. The individual companies perform both company-specific and cross-divisional roles and tasks, such as supplier management.
