SOMTP, dealer of the Liebherr earthmoving division, has opened new premises in Normandy on Friday 3rd June, with the presence of several representatives of Liebherr, as well as more than 100 customers, who stem from the earthmoving, the quarries, the demolition and the construction and public works sectors.
The new SOMTP establishment stretches on a total area of 9 987m², of which the offices represent 336 m² and the workshop 495m². The strategic localization at the heart of its activity sector enables to guarantee, in the supply and in the service, the flexibility and the reactivity. The proximity with the customers of the Eure, Seine Maritime and Oise departments is ensured through the new setting-up.
In partnership with Liebherr for years, SOMTP distributes Liebherr machines of the whole earthmoving division. Through this cooperation, Liebherr and SOMTP benefit from the Know-How of each for a common development. After the opening of the new establishment, SOMTP has strengthened its confidence in the cooperation with Liebherr and takes a positive look at a common future.
Several Liebherr earthmoving machines were displayed during the event: the L566 X Power wheel loader, the LH 24 M material handling machine, the A 910 Compact and the A 914 Compact wheeled excavators, the PR 726 crawler tractor and the R 918 crawler excavator.
