Due to the primary area of application of both types on construction sites in buildings, tunnels and halls, hose and piping storage is of central importance for the smaller size classes. Concrete pipes and concrete distribution systems are often used for concrete placement. These must then be stowed on the machine to save space and time. The newly designed hose and piping storage systems for Liebherr truck-mounted concrete pumps allow the best possible customization options and ensure convenient and safe storage.

The 31 XXT truck-mounted concrete pump – our fold-out artist

The newly developed 31 XXT is a versatile truck-mounted concrete pump. The pump shows its great potential particularly in construction work with a restricted working area. The compact design ensures maneuverability and clarity, especially indoors. The five flexible arms paired with the tried-and-tested XXT outriggers make the 31 XXT particularly suitable for confined construction sites and concreting jobs that require a low unfolding height. The low unfolding height of just 5.4 m makes the 31 XXT uniquely flexible for indoor use.

Another highlight for working indoors is the new LiDriveIn function. It allows you to drive into a hall with minimum space requirements. Thanks to LiDriveIn, the 31 XXT can enter a building in normal operation with the arm package folded in front of the cab. The machine can therefore enter through a 4 m high building opening at walking speed. Once in the hall, the machine can be unfolded without any problems despite the low ceiling height due to the low unfolding height.

In addition, the new hose and pipe storage offers an efficient and uncomplicated solution for storing hoses and pipes up to a size of DN125. The pipe magazines, made of robust PE, not only ensure safe storage, but also excellent accessibility. In addition to the hose magazines on the support feet, there is another hose and pipe magazine on the inside of the support as well as a spacious aluminum tray on the left-hand side. This hose and piping storage can be used to store and transport up to 90 meters of pipes and hoses. Everything is always to hand and extremely flexible.

The 24 XH truck-mounted concrete pump – our compact pump

The 24 XH is the smallest truck-mounted concrete pump in the Liebherr product portfolio. With a deployment height of less than 5 m, the space-saving machine is ideal for any renovation work in buildings and as a city pump. The four arms and good slip properties allow maximum flexibility. This means that a wide variety of positions on the construction site are perfectly accessible. The design of the placing boom ensures quiet and vibration-free operation even at high delivery rates.

As part of a redesign, the 24 XH truck-mounted concrete pump was given a new practical hose and piping storage. The new hose and piping storage of the 24 XH enables variable and safe storage on five levels. The climbing aids attached to the side wall ensure good access for stowing all hoses and lines at working height. Depending on requirements, it is possible to transport up to 38 pipe and hose lines with a length of up to five meters.
