Your responsibilities

• Ensure all onsite warehouse and parts business staff attend for weekly general safety meeting and also makesure warehouse team follow all safety regulation issued from PTL management.
• Provide to customer regular (or as requested) reports on ETA of parts on order Chases internally with Balikpapan inventory team ETA improvements when required.
• Follow up on open backlog together with customer maintenance planning. Ensure parts allocation are set and ETA updated. Provide relevant report to customer.
• Supervise the correct process of parts deliveries, from Sales Order creation to Invoicing.
• Ensure with the warehouse coordinator, a proper warehouse management (receiving, issuing, FIFO, locations, housekeeping, stock accuracy, etc).
• Liaise with Balikpapan planning team to ensure the long term planning (PMA) is properly set in accordance to customer strategy.
• Ensure that correct procedure of issuing spare parts to maintenance personnel.
• Ensure that the inventory spare parts replacement system operates efficiently, complementary to normal DRP process.
• Maintain safety stock levels as required so that the correct level of spare parts stock is maintained.
• Coordinating internally to ensure the periodic reports are shared in timely manner.
• Keep the relevant onsite personnel informed of the information of safety and renewal policy from PTL management.
• Liaise with the relevant Customer Maintenance Planning group to ensure all parts required for machine overhauls/rebuilds are available and ready for use before a rebuild/overhaul begins.
• Supervise and ensure all stocks of consumables and PPE are kept at a reasonable level.
• Ensure that the succession planning program is monitored and running, and support all activities related to team self-development.
• Comply with all occupational safety and health policies, operations safety policies, and company environmental policies.
• Comply with laws and regulations and other mandatory requirements related to occupational safety and health, operational safety and the environment.

• Possessing good analytical skills so that the root cause of problems can be determined.
