The Internorga, Europe’s leading fair for hotels, gastronomy, catering, bakeries and confectionery, takes place from 14 to 19 March 2014. Liebherr will be presenting its current range of refrigerators and freezers for commercial use on a space covering 80m² in Hall 3 at Stand A3/119.
The highlights at the Liebherr stand include refrigerators for the purpose of promoting sales. These are optimally illuminated with an LED lighting concept, which is also highly energy-efficient. Appliances with a connectable LED illuminated display or individual branding draw attention to the products inside.
As well as this, the company will be presenting new, energy-efficient wine cabinets such as the UWT 1682 vinidor with TipOpen technology. Because the glass door opens by 7 cm when gently tapped and has a convenient recessed grip for full opening, this appliance can be ideally integrated in handleless kitchen suites.
Every March, more than 1200 international exhibitors present the latest products and trends at the Internorga. There is also a comprehensive accompanying programme, including congresses with international participants and award ceremonies.

Liebherr is increasing the overall service life of its Fibre ropes from 14 to 16 years, with the decisive period of use rising to up to 12 years. This is based on multi-year ageing trials on test rigs and analyses of ropes already in field. The new ruling applies automatically to all new ropes and those already in the field. This step forms part of Liebherr's ongoing path towards establishing Fibre technology as the new standard in the tower crane market.
