Liebherr takes part in the International Electronics Fair (IFA) in Berlin from 1 to 6 September 2017 for the 10th time. For Liebherr Domestic Appliances the motto of this year's trade fair is "Making your life smarter". In line with this, fridge and freezer units are presented which already make possible modern forward-looking ideas today.
The fridge and freezer units from Liebherr impress with many innovative highlights, including the SmartDevice technology. The SmartDevice technology makes it possible to control the fridge anytime anywhere using an app on the tablet or smartphone. Over 120 appliances become the focal point of intelligent cooling in your own kitchen. Cameras and the voice control system MIA can be integrated seamlessly in the concept and support the creation of shopping lists and inventories. SmartCooking also provides information about foodstuffs and has a variety of recipe ideas.
The fridge and freezer units from Liebherr also set standards for the future in terms of design. The range of ColourLine appliances adds variety to every kitchen and sets contemporary accents in several new trendy colours. Another highlight from the CoolVision line is the new StickerArt model which stands out with its extravagant design.
Visitors can look forward to a varied programme at this year's Liebherr exhibition stand in Hall 2.1, Stand No. 201.

At InnoTrans 2026, Liebherr will unveil its new railroad excavator for the first time: the RE 22 M Litronic. This model expands the existing range to include a machine in the 22-tonne class with hydrostatic rail-wheel drive and is the successor to the A 922 Rail and A 924 Rail. The machine combines tried-and-tested components from the A 922 Rail with a newly developed undercarriage and a new operator's cab.
