First automation product of the Liebherr hydraulic excavator portfolio, this combination of two innovative engineering developments is an optional feature that allows easier bucket filling and consistent bucket fill factor, especially in blocky or hard digging conditions. As a result overall productivity improves while operator's fatigue decreases.

Features

Anti-Stalling Function

Prevents the bucket from stalling in the digging face during the bucket filling cycle. While operating the machine conventionally, the Bucket Filling Assistant automatically optimizes attachment response to operator inputs when sensing the bucket is starting to stall in the digging face.

Semi-Automatic Bucket Filling Function

Allows the operator to realize the bucket filling cycle automatically. This mode of operation, allows the operator to fill the bucket simply by only utilizing the left hand joystick. Both bucket and boom movements will be piloted automatically by the machine system until the operator conventionally commands control.
