Universal machine in the fleet of Jüly Abfallservice GmbH

  • Liebherr T 60-9s telescopic handler used for waste transshipment and loading
  • Equipped with solid rubber tyres for safe operation in rough waste environments
  • Hydrostatic drive and 'Hill Assist' provide excellent manoeuvrability and stability
  • Efficient year-round performance in a family-run Austrian waste disposal company

The Liebherr T 60-9s telescopic handler, equipped with solid rubber tyres, a hydraulic quick-release system, and a shovel with a holding device, is ready for all operations at the Austrian company Jüly Abfallservice GmbH.

Jüly Abfallservice GmbH is a family-run business that has evolved from an agricultural operation through sludge pumping to a modern waste disposal company since its foundation in 1955. With an innovative and sustainable concept, competent partnerships, and consistent continuity, the Bruck an der Leitha site makes a significant contribution to waste disposal in western Austria.

Liebherr tailor-made machines

Liebherr telehandlers are used as the main machines for all transshipment and loading activities at the company site. Sharp metal materials, spikes, and other pointed objects in the waste dump cause rapid tyre wear. To ensure that both man and machine can manoeuvre safely at all times, the telehandler is equipped with solid rubber tyres.

"In the end, we opted for Liebherr because the overall offer met our expectations. Quality was important to us, and now we have a powerful machine from Austria with top-quality on-site service," adds Franz Neuwirth, Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Jüly Abfallservice GmbH.

Liebherr T 60-9s: fast, agile, and powerful

The telehandler is used year-round for various loading operations, waste sorting and compaction, and container loading and unloading. For waste management companies, the perfect use of space is important. This is where the versatile Liebherr telehandler excels. Thanks to its speed, manoeuvrability, and powerful working hydraulics, the machine can handle large quantities of material. Equipped with a 115 kW / 156 PS (ISO 14396) Deutz diesel engine with emission level IV / Tier 4, the T 60-9s telehandler enables operation with exceptional energy efficiency. The smooth hydrostatic drive ensures maximum pulling power in every operating situation.

Fast loading cycles are made possible by the ‘Auto Power’ function, which automatically adjusts the engine speed without changing the driving speed. The Liebherr ‘Hill Assist’ system, supplied as standard, ensures safety and maximum driving comfort when driving on uneven surfaces by automatically activating the parking brake. The newly designed frame and balanced wheelbase ensure a low centre of gravity. As a result, the Liebherr telehandler excels in safe stability during both loading and stacking operations. The standard equipment with end position damping of the lifting and telescopic cylinder ensures safe load handling even in extreme boom positions. The telehandler cab features excellent all-round visibility and ample space.
