If an unforeseen problem oc-curs during this time, you will only have to pay what you would have paid for a steel rope in the same period. We will pay the rest and you will receive a refund when you buy a new fibre rope.
The amount of the reimbursement granted for the purchase of a new fibre rope is dependent on the age of the rope calculated from the date of delivery of the fibre rope by Liebherr and shall be as follows:
- Rope age less than 2 years: 75%
- Rope age from 2 to 4 years: 50%
- Rope age from 4 to 6 years: 25%
