Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include planning and scheduling work assignments for our technicians, ensuring the correct spare parts are ordered, and maintaining ongoing communication with both customers and technicians. You will be responsible for the entire process, from the initial booking through to the completion of the work, ensuring everything is accurately reported and ready for invoicing.

You will be the direct manager of 10 technicians and will be responsible for their development and working environment. Previous experience as a successful manager and leader is essential. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities. In this role, you will act as the vital link between the customer and Liebherr while using your leadership skills to support, challenge, and develop our employees.

Your Profile:

• Documented experience as a manager, ideally in a technical industry
• Experience in occupational health and safety (OHS)
• Experience on technical support, service or customer care
• Enjoy being the central point of connection between customers and the organization and working in a team environment
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented thinking
• Good Swedich and English language skills
• Open, honest and friendly manner
