Liebherr presents its latest customer service solutions at MRO Americas 2026

Liebherr-Aerospace will showcase its customer service capabilities and looks forward to welcoming visitors and meet the major actors at MRO Americas, the largest exhibitions of the aviation aftermarket community. The event will open its gates from April 21 to 23, 2026, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida (USA).

At its booth no. 4552, the Liebherr team will present the ever-expanding capabilities of its service center in Saline, Michigan (USA), which provides full aftermarket support to all customers within the Americas.

In October 2025, a new workshop for maintenance, repair and overhaul activities was inaugurated, enhancing the MRO service capacities with the fifth expansion since 1993. The new facility does not only cater for Liebherr Aerospace Saline, Inc.’s growing aftermarket demand of test, repair, overhaul, and recore capacity for Liebherr heat transfer equipment installed on Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer, and Mitsubishi aircraft. It also accommodates the internal MRO process optimization for the benefit of many other products, thus increasing landing gear processing capacity at the company’s main facility and enlarging the area of MRO activities for pneumatic components.

A cargo aircraft model will also be displayed at the Liebherr booth. Through its partnership with Brazilian engineering specialist LHColus, Liebherr-Aerospace Saline is the exclusive international distributor of the Class F Quick Change cargo conversion kit.

This quick and fully reversible passenger‑to‑freighter cargo aircraft solution replaces the main cabin seats with lightweight aluminum frames and fire‑proof, smoke‑contained cargo nets. Two independent IR cameras provide continuous cargo monitoring, while a certified smoke barrier ensures separation from the cockpit – meeting all regulatory requirements. Cargo placards guide operators on maximum load height, making the system safe, efficient, and ideal for flexible fleet operations.
