This facility is located in the Hialeah Gardens area of Miami, ideally located near the port of Miami and the Miami International Airport. Utilizing this strategic location, Liebherr provides essential on-site customer support and advisory services to quickly fulfill customer inquiries and accelerate the distribution of parts and services across the region.

2. Warehouse and Distribution Capabilities
The warehouse located at the Miami facility supports the Liebherr parts and service network that stretches across the USA. This branch is one of many similar warehouses across the USA that assist in the distribution of necessary parts in the surrounding Miami area. With easy access to the port of Miami and the Miami International Airport, this facility is pivotal in ensuring quick delivery to our customers.
The Miami branch is home to three Liebherr product segments: Tower Cranes, Maritime Cranes, and Refrigeration and Freezing.
3. Home to three product segments
Over the ten years that Liebherr has had a location in Miami, it has grown to include three of the ten product segments under Liebherr USA, Co. including Maritime Cranes, Tower Cranes and Refrigeration and Freezing. Offerings for the maritime crane segment include port equipment with mobile harbor cranes, container cranes, fixed port solutions as well as offshore, ship, and floating cranes. This Miami segment also serves as a hub for Liebherr’s tower crane product segment, offering fast-erecting, top-slewing cranes and more from the world’s largest supplier of tower cranes. Liebherr’s refrigeration and freezing segment is also based out of this facility, offering customers with a full product line of high-end refrigeration solutions for residential use, and commercial refrigeration and freezing units to support major industries such as food service and health care.

5. Training center for Maritime Cranes
This facility not only offers diverse maritime crane products, but also serves as a worldwide training hub for maritime customers, operators, and service staff. Here our Maritime Cranes segment offers training courses to get a closer look at our newest crane systems and technology.
Equipped with an on-site classroom simulator, participants gain experience with modern control systems and scenarios for our LHM, ship and offshore cranes. This state-of-the-art simulator replicates different levels of difficulty and weather conditions to ensure that operators and service staff are prepared for anything on the jobsite.
