Job description

• Active care and support of B2B customers in the gastro and laboratory business in Romania.
• Coordination, liaison and support of the responsible sales area.
• Assessment, selection and development of distribution partners.
• Contribution of market specific feedback, analysis and continual improvement of existing business activity.
• Technical product training and product placement with the distribution partners.
• Cooperation in the review of regional marketing concepts.
• Target oriented implementation of sales plans.
• Market & competition monitoring.

Ideal candidate

• Successfully completed commercial and/or technical university education.
• Fluency in Romanian and English, German is an advantage.
• Several years of experience in Sales, ideally in the area of gastronomy or laboratory appliances.
• Assertive individual with strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills and multi-cultural competence.
• Able to work mobile and independently in a structured manner.
• Willingness for travel in and out of the country (roughly 75 % of the time).
• A valid and clear driver’s license.
