Aufgaben
Die Stelle ist für 7 Monate geplant - idealerweise vom 01.04.2025 bis zum 31.10.2025. Folgende Aufgaben sind hierbei vorgesehen:
- Assistenz der Abteilungsleitung
- Durchführung administrativer Aufgaben (z.B. E-Mail-Korrespondenz, Besuchermanagement, etc.)
- Bestellung und Verwaltung von Büro- und Werbematerial
- Organisation von Betriebsbesichtigungen
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK / HLW) oder laufendes Studium im Bereich BWL idealerweise mit der Vertiefung Marketing
- Kommunikationsstärke in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- MS-Office-Kenntnisse (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Organisationstalent
- Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- Selbständige, strukturierte und termingerechte Arbeitsweise
