Labour Allocator SupportPinkenba

Join Liebherr’s Tower Crane division in a newly created position to support the Labour Allocator and administration team in the Pinkenba depot.

This office‑based position will be key in ensuring the day‑to‑day operations runs smoothly for a workforce of over 100 employees. The Labour Allocator Support, will handle essential administrative tasks including raising purchase orders, coordinating uniforms, and managing office and yard supply orders.

The role will also work closely with the Labour Allocator to assist with operational activities such as updating allocation rosters, maintaining equipment registers, and contributing to payroll processes through accurate data collection and entry.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchasing and accounts payable workflow
• PPE, Uniform, and office supply orders.
• Day to day purchase order requirements.
• Tracking and maintaining equipment registers.
• Assisting with labour roster requirements
• Data collection for payroll
• Data entry of leave forms.
• Recruitment and onboarding

About you

• Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise
• Thrive in a people orientated role
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to adapt well to a changing work environment.
• Knowledge and experience working in construction or related industry
• Experience in mobilisation or labour scheduling desired
