Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and optimization of components for injection systems whilst taking account of technical, scheduling and financial aspects (design to cost from the customer requirements)
• PLM management (BOM creation, lifecycle promotion, etc)
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with the corresponding departments within the project environment
• Tolerance stack-up
• Cooperation with component suppliers for the clarification of technical properties of components and common component development (co-design)
• Contribute to FMEA
• Support local component development with respect to cost and quality.

Qualification:

• Successfully completed studies (university / technical college) in the field of mechanical engineering / automotive manufacturing

Experience

• More than 8 years of experience in similar field

Preferred Skills / Special Skills

• Combustion engine or injection system design knowledge
• PTC Creo Parametric
• Windchill PDM System
• MS Office
