When you register for an extended warranty, Liebherr Appliances Belgium N.V. processes the personal data you provide to us. This data is used exclusively for the purpose of providing our services. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties. Liebherr Appliances Belgium N.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. You can send a request for access, correction, or deletion to [email protected].

An 8-year warranty applies to appliances purchased on July 01, 2025 till december 31 2025.

Liebherr Appliances Belgium N.V. provides an additional warranty on household appliances delivered in Luxembourg in combination with the original, specified purchase receipt in the third to eighth year after purchase. The start date of the additional warranty is determined by the delivery date stated on the delivery invoice of the relevant retailer. If the serial number in the appliance does not match the registered serial number or the serial number is unknown (product not imported by Liebherr Appliances Belgium N.V.), no claim can be made under the additional warranty. The additional warranty applies without prejudice to the rights and claims granted to consumers by law. The appliance must be registered within 6 months of purchase.

The additional warranty is only valid if the appliance is used in accordance with the instructions in the user manual and for the purpose for which it was manufactured.

The additional warranty does not cover: glass breakage, lighting, loose plastic parts or accessories, wire baskets and grilles, batteries, and any damage caused by the user or third parties. Also excluded are malfunctions resulting from installation errors, improper use, intent, gross negligence, and unauthorized modifications to the appliance.

Liebherr Appliances Belgium N.V. will not reimburse the costs of repairs that have not been carried out by the Liebherr Appliances Belgium N.V. Service Department or on its behalf. Liebherr Appliances Belgium N.V. is also not liable for consequential damage resulting directly or indirectly from a malfunction.

If the Service Department is called out unjustifiably, call-out charges and labor costs will be charged to the user at the rates applicable at that time. This is the case if the description of the nature of the malfunction provided by the user does not lead to the determination of a defect or fault.

A repair during the term of the additional warranty does not extend the duration of the additional warranty.
