- Trainee will support the Human Resources department in various functions and activities.
- This entry-level position provides hands-on experience in HR practices and processes, helping to develop a foundation for a career in human resources.
- The HR Trainee will assist with recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR administration.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and company career pages.
o Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
o Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
o Support the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and
setting up new employee files. - Employee Relations:
o Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
o Help address employee inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
o Support the HR team in maintaining a positive work environment. - HR Administration:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
o Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
o Support the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
o Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. - Training and Development:
o Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
o Assist in tracking employee training records and ensuring compliance with training requirements.
o Help develop and distribute training materials. - Performance Management:
o Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes.
o Help monitor and track employee performance metrics.
o Provide support in coordinating performance review meetings. - Compliance and Policy Implementation:
o Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with company policies and legal regulations.
o Help in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
o Support audits and compliance checks as needed. - HR Projects:
o Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience.
o Conduct research and gather data for HR projects.
Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications
Qualification and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluent in written and verbal communication in English.
Experience:
- Minimum of 0-1 year of internship/trainee experience
Preferred Skills / Special Skills:
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to tasks.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
