At the international meeting of the aerospace industry taking place from March 11-13, 2014, the company will welcome guests at its stand and have B2B meetings on topics such as sales, business development, procurement, engineering and R&D.

Liebherr supplies electromechanical rudder actuator for Phenom 300EV – a milestone in civil aviation
Liebherr-Aerospace has signed an agreement with Embraer to become part of the rudder-by-wire upgrade of the flight control system for the Phenom 300EV. The upgrade includes an electromechanical rudder actuator with integrated control and power electronics. It is one of the world’s first primary flight control applications of an electromechanical actuator (EMA) for a rudder on a civil aircraft. Furthermore, it is the first rudder EMA with fully integrated electronics.
