This year's MRO Americas will take place from April 14 to 16, 2015 at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami, Florida (USA). During this three-day event, well known as the reference for professionals in the aerospace aftermarket business, Liebherr-Aerospace will present its capabilities in servicing products from its four, that is lines air management systems , flight control and actuation systems, landing gear systems as well as gearboxes at booth No. 4429 . Liebherr's team will welcome customers, suppliers and other visitors to discuss business opportunities and performance, to network and share information about the MRO market in the Americas and beyond its boundaries.
In the Americas, Liebherr-Aerospace has service stations in the USA as well as in Canada. The employees of the service station in Saline, Michigan (USA) have developed stable and lasting relationships with the customers in North and South America. The team based in Montreal (Canada) is mostly supporting business jets.

Liebherr supplies electromechanical rudder actuator for Phenom 300EV – a milestone in civil aviation
Liebherr-Aerospace has signed an agreement with Embraer to become part of the rudder-by-wire upgrade of the flight control system for the Phenom 300EV. The upgrade includes an electromechanical rudder actuator with integrated control and power electronics. It is one of the world’s first primary flight control applications of an electromechanical actuator (EMA) for a rudder on a civil aircraft. Furthermore, it is the first rudder EMA with fully integrated electronics.
