Responsibilities

Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:

• Analyses, tests, evaluates, and reports on existing production processes, production flow, cost issues, workplace designs, layouts, methods, equipment, materials, supplies and consumables in relation to their efficiency, economy, and quality.
• Complete quarterly reports and presentations.
• Follow up design/fabrication of tools/structures.
• Collaborate with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts, and evaluate products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Confer with management, design engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
• Ensure projects receive sufficient documentation and updates on progress, within the given deadlines.
• Liaise with EHS to ensure all project/tender specific HSE requirements are met, and all necessary documentation is completed.
• Manages, controls, and configures the introduction and commissioning of new approved equipment, machines, processes, methods, materials etc.

Qualifications, Requirements & Experience

• Higher Education Degree / Bachelor (or equivalent) in relevant Engineering or Science subject.
• Ability to take the initiative and personal responsibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Technical Ability
• Time Management
• Professional and proactive attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, awareness, and team player.
• High level of proficiency in 3D design packages and related technologies.
