Technician 2.1Balikpapan

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician 2.1 to assisting the disassembly and assembly team for effective process

Your responsibilities

• Conduct parts refurbishing and preassembly process
• Maintain refurbish job quality done prior sending to Quality Control Dept
• Conduct packing of piece parts prior sending to warehouse for storing
• Checking and ensuring the condition of piece parts received for assembly process meet standard acceptance quality
• Monitoring and ensuring the tidiness also completeness of tool store always maintained
• Reporting to the supervisor if the condition of unsafe acts
• Following trainings that have been set by the head department either hydraulic, mechanic, electric or other general training
• Give feedback / ideas that can facilitate the work process
• Able to communicate well with co-workers
• Can do the job for a short time and with high pressure
• Overseeing the work in a small group
• Controlling all jobs has and has not worked
• Planning a job that will be done over the next week
• Perform the maintenance operation on aids in workshop
• Perform any task related to work which is instructed by superior
• Comply with company rules

Your qualifications

• High School / Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 year in the same field
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent
• Medium until advance skills acquired from LMTS training required in one or more of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems. Please find attached Technician Level Development Chart
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Ability to effectively plan and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a small team environment
• A high standard of personal work ethic
• Reliable, accurate, structured, pro-active, independent and team player
