Procurement Manager (m/f/x)Bulle

Your Responsibilities

• In this position, you hold both managerial and operational responsibility for the "Procurement" department,
• You are responsible, for the employees in your department, for the implementation and compliance with rules regarding workplace safety, health protection, and environmental standards.
• You are responsible of the development and implementation of the strategy for the “Procurement” department, considering the objectives of the company as well as the “Purchasing” department.
• You define procurement strategies (usage / parameters / inventories),
• You ensure the supply of parts for the Internal Combustion Engine Business Unit, from manufacturing to assembly,
• You oversee performance indicators and stock management,
• You analyze turnover rates at suppliers and monitor the continuous improvement measures put in place,
• You present your results to Management and stakeholders,
• You are a driver of change and improvements necessary for the efficiency of the procurement function,
• You participate in internal procurement projects and/or group-wide initiatives.

Your profile

• You hold a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or an equivalent field,
• You have at least five years of experience in Industrial Procurement or Supply Chain,
• You have prior experience in team management,
• You are fluent in French and English. German is a plus,
• You are proficient in MS Office and ERP systems,
• You appreciate teamwork in a multicultural and international environment,
• You are comfortable with problem-solving and enjoy challenges,
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
