Your responsibilities

• You collaboratively support the Managing Director in implementing and driving business strategies
• You coordinate across departments and external partners to ensure aligned and effective execution of initiatives
• You manage and support projects with internal and external stakeholders, including coordination, progress tracking, and reporting
• You create reports and business presentations for leadership, board, and client meetings
• You participate in board and management meetings, contributing to agenda planning, follow-up, and documentation
• You draft relevant documents and manage the Managing Director’s inbox and agenda—prioritizing, organizing, and preparing meetings with relevant materials

Your profile

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics, Project Management or a related field
• You have initial relevant work experience and a strong interest in gaining hands-on experience in an international, fast-paced business environment
• You differentiate yourself through your positive, solution-oriented and hands-on mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
• You are well-organized and detail-focused, with excellent communication and writing skills
• Given your involvement in numerous management meetings, it is imperative to possess a high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
• You are proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and you enjoy creating compelling presentations. You also adapt quickly to new tools and systems
• You are fluent in English and either French or German, with demonstrated intercultural competence
