The Opportunity

The Service Administrator is primarily responsible for the provision of timely and effective administrative services to support the branch service department on all internal workshop jobs and will act as a back up in relation to other areas of the administration functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective administrative and compliance-based service
• Commercial administrative tasks such as invoicing, raising purchase orders
• Management of all internal jobs for Workshop
• Assist with machine build process as required
• Staff uniform ordering for new staff
• Coding of invoicing for Accounts Payable
• Work in other branch administration areas as required

About you

• High level organisational & numeracy skills
• Solid reconciliation skills
• Cert III in Business Administration or at least three years’ experience in administrative roles
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Mining or OEM industry experience ideal
• Advanced customer service skills (internal & external)
• rocess/enter and maintaining large volumes of data
