The Opportunity

We are currently looking for skilled Product Support Advisors to join our team based at various Fortescue sites in Western Australia.

Duties Include

• Inspect products and/or materials for conformity
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and manuals and make recommendations to internal and external customers
• Maintain, overhaul and test components as required
• Diagnostic analysis on Liebherr electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems
• Running adjustments to plant and equipment

Qualification and Experience

• Relevant qualification plus at least 2 years of relevant experience OR at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Liebherr Hydraulic Excavator experience essential (R9800 and R9400 highly desirable)
• D9812 engine experience desirable
• Proven track record of high-level customer support
• Customer focused, great attention to detail and high-level problem-solving skills
• Current driver’s licence (C class minimum)
• High Risk Licence LF, DG, EWP and WAH
