Efficient training, reduced costs - the product simulator is your solution

Revolutionary simulation solutions for earthmoving machines

Together with Tenstar Simulation, we have expanded our collaboration to develop advanced simulation solutions for earthmoving equipment. Our partnership combines Liebherr's state-of-the-art machines and hardware with Tenstar Simulation's award-winning technology.

Highly realistic simulations for optimal preparation

Our simulators provide a comprehensive and safe environment in which operators can train and improve their skills risk-free. The integration of Liebherr hardware ensures an authentic experience that optimally prepares operators for the demands of the real job.

The advantages at a glance

Security

Users train in a safe environment. Work processes can be carried out without risking injury or machine damage.

Reduces emissions

The use of a simulator leaves a minimal climate footprint compared to a conventional machine.

Time-saving

Users can train regardless of the weather. They can also practise without an instructor.

Cost-effective

Low operating costs compared to a conventional machine

Minimal downtime

Virtual reality meets construction machinery - Liebherr simulator with Motionbase

Our state-of-the-art simulator offers a realistic training experience for various construction machines. The mobile unit with 3-DOF motion base provides an authentic driving experience. Three 43-inch LED screens and a touchscreen ensure comprehensive visibility and intuitive operation.

The simulator has a professional driver's seat, a steering wheel and double pedals. High-quality joysticks, head tracking and VR goggles (Pico Ultra Enterprise) increase the realism.

Easily transportable and equipped with licenses for various construction machines, the simulator is a versatile tool for professional training.

Further features

Rating system

The scoring system provides performance-based scorecards and progress charts - with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency - enabling assessment, feedback and incentives for student progress and development.

The machine operator receives feedback on his performance immediately after the exercise, allowing him to improve quickly and independently.

Playback of the exercise

TRR - makes it possible to play back a situation in slow motion, in full 3D and with the option to rotate. Students and teachers can easily assess why a situation has occurred and understand how it can be prevented.

Multi-machine environment

Multi Machine Environment - MME, allows users to network multiple simulator stations/machines in a site environment. An example of this is the road construction exercise, where a crawler excavator works together with two articulated dump trucks that deliver the material to a bulldozer that performs the final work on the highway.
