About the Role

This position will involve duties such as:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders across multiple product‑segments to gather, refine and document business and system requirements for reporting, analytics and operational systems.
• Analyse existing business processes, procedures and work practices within a diversified technology company and identifying inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Designing and developing functional specifications for dashboards (such as DIFOT and Warranty dashboards) and reporting tools, in close consultation with internal users and external developers based in Australia and abroad.
• Building and maintaining data models, KPIs and metrics within Power BI and other reporting systems, ensuring data integrity, consistency, performance and accuracy of dashboards and operational reports.

Essential Requirements

The successful applicant will have:

• Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or other relevant field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in the use if ERP systems, BI tools and Excel including strong project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and optimise operations.
