The HR Specialist is responsible for support data-driven decision-making by transforming raw HR data into strategic insights, improving HR initiatives, and aligning people strategies with overall business objectives, requiring a strong analytical mindset and data proficiency.
Your responsibilities
Strategic HR & Compliances
- Work along with relevant stakeholders (HR leaders, Managers/General Managers, Board of Directors) to analyze business goals to forecast employee needs and align Liebherr Group and HR policies with overall strategy.
- Establish and maintain company policies and procedures and ensure its compliances with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Work along with HR team members and Managers and/or General Manager to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
HR Data Analytics
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Board of Directors, HR leaders, Head of Department and/or General Manager) to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable insights based on data analysis.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in HR data, including collecting and interpreting data from HR management systems (HRMS) and/or surveys to provide actionable recommendations for strategy and decision-making.
- Drive HR analytics projects aimed at enhancing recruitment processes, employee retention strategies, and overall workforce planning.
- Provide training and support to HR team members on data tools and analytics processes.
HR Reporting & Data Management
- Develop, maintain, and distribute regular HR reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track HR metrics and workforce data or trends to measure business effectiveness.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data reporting and address any discrepancies.
- Work with HR team members and business unit leaders (Managers and/or General Manager) to deliver HR analytics in supporting HR operations and compensation & benefits. This may include analyzing complex datasets to present useful workforce data for analysis and reporting.
- Analyze and transform raw workforce data into actionable insights that drive talent strategy and business decisions.
- Support reporting requests for regulatory purposes.
- Analyze and clean HR data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Implement data governance practices to maintain high-quality data standards.
HRMS Optimization
- Manage and maintain HR management system used in workforce planning, recruitment, performance and talent management, compensation and benefits. This includes ensuring its data accuracy, quality and compliances across all HRMS and implementation alignment with Liebherr Group.
- Collaborate with IT teams to manage HR infrastructure and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the Human Resources platforms.
- Create, maintain, and automate HR dashboards and reports for key HR metrics, i.e., employee turnover, performance management, manhours productivity, etc.
- Develop, maintain and automate dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and key HR metrics to senior stakeholders.
Your qualifications
- Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, IT, Human Resources or equivalent
- Min.10 years of relevant experience in HR function, with min. 5 years in a role that manages reporting/analytics work
- A deep understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, performance metrics, and employee engagement
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strong analytical and critical thinking ability. Deep interest and capability in data metrics and trends
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders to translate data into meaningful information for supporting manpower and recruitment strategies and planning
- Proficiency and hands-on experiences with HRMS platforms (i.e., SAP SuccesFactor), statistical and data analysis tools (i.e., MS Excel, Power BI, SQL)
- High precision and attention to detail in maintaining data integrity for sensitive HRMS data
- Understanding of HR metrics, KPIs, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data for senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports using tools, i.e., PowerBI, and knack for presenting data in an easy-to-understand manner
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and employment laws (compliance awareness)
