Your Responsabilities

• As Young Talent IT Business Analysis​, you assist in gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements from various departments.
• You support the analysis and optimization of existing business processes.
• You help in the preparation of process diagrams, requirement specifications, and functional documentation.
• You take part in the testing phases and the rollout of IT applications.
• You contribute to project documentation, user training materials, and coordination of implementation activities.

Your Profile

• You are currently completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of English and German.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with IT service management (ITSM) software, ERP systems, and process modeling tools.
• You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable with problem-solving.
• You possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
