Customer Service Manager - Mobile & Crawler CranesDublin
A vacancy has arisen within our Mobile and Crawler Cranes department based in Ireland for a Customer Service Manager – Mobile & Crawler Cranes.
The role contributes to the success of Liebherr-Ireland - Liebherr Werk Ehingen Division through the delivery of exceptional customer service combining natural empathy for customer needs, with a passion for giving great customer service, the role will constantly strive to resolve any and all customer issues whilst ensuring outstanding customer service at all times and working within the Company's key result areas; Business Performance, Customer Focus, People and Teamwork, Leadership.
Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Manager
Your Responsibilities:
• Contributes to the sales growth of the division by ensuring customers have a positive experience with Liebherr service
• Proactively manages all situations where cranes are "off the road", whether in customer premises, on site, or in LGB workshop.
• Proactively intervenes to ensure agreed deadlines or timescales are adhered to
• Maintains regular contact with key customer personnel to ensure they are kept informed
• Monitors repair and refurbishment costs closely and can ensure commercial goals are met
• Ensures jobs are closed off and maintains constant oversight of outstanding works
• Works in harmony with the After-sales organisation, Workshop (when Osberstown development is completed) and other departments to ensure customers satisfaction
• Takes ownership for customer complaints, remains the point of contact and resolves these to a satisfactory conclusion
• Effectively communicates current prospects for new and used machines and is able to identify the profitability and timing of each deal
• Work closely with Service Administrator ensuring invoicing chargeable and warranty work is completed in a timely manner.
• Any other duty as required by management commensurate with the post.

The successful candidate will require the following:
• Competent mechanical engineering background
• Able to demonstrate a passion for customer service
• Good communicator at all levels
• Flexible approach to work
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team
