Following the recent addition of a Liebherr A 924 railroad excavator, Omaha Track is using this advanced machine on Class 1 railroad systems to efficiently collect and transport older track. The removed materials are stockpiled and prepared for recycling at a later time. This approach not only supports the ongoing maintenance of rail infrastructure, but also reinforces sustainable practices by ensuring materials are reused and repurposed effectively.
