Accompanied by the demolition firm CASSIN, which took this opportunity to commission two new Liebherr crawler excavators, Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse celebrated the start of work to extend its site as the first bricks of La Feuilleraie came down on 4th July.
In the first phase of the project, the company intends to construct a new utilities building on the site, comprising an air unit (40 bar/500°C) to supply the standard test beds for the production and maintenance workshops. Construction will start in autumn 2017.
Other construction projects will follow to meet the increase in activity expected in the coming years.
