The strong practical relevance of our training program persuaded Jessica Böhm to begin her career at Liebherr
Even before she finished school, Jessica Böhm knew that she wanted to work for Liebherr: a good, practice-oriented education was important to the future industrial clerk, and Liebherr did not disappoint. After varied insights into different departments, she also got to know the wider Liebherr world at different locations. One experience from that time left a lasting impression: despite the company’s size, everything seems manageable and has a family feel – which she thinks is due to the team spirit among all employees.

“I already knew quite early on where I wanted to go once I finished school: Liebherr. The company now offers excellent training opportunities with practical elements. I really enjoyed the work right from the start. The change of departments during my training to become an industrial clerk, allowed me to discover many activities and meet many colleagues. At the annual excursions for trainees, I obtained insights into other Liebherr factories and was able to learn more and more about the Liebherr world. One thing was particularly impressive: Despite the massive range of products and the many people who work at Liebherr, everything is manageable, accessible and familiar. I assume that this is down to the strong team spirit of the employees. It's fantastic! The decision to go to Liebherr was definitely the right one and I am happy to be here.”
