DPVG Axial piston pump

Variable displacement pump

Highlights

The DPVG axial piston variable displacement pump for closed circuits, with a through drive of up to 130 percent of the torque, is designed for extreme loads, high reliability, and long service life. It provides the ideal solution for a wide range of applications and drive systems across various industries. The use of hydrostatic swashplate bearings in nominal sizes 85, 140, and 280 minimises wear and ensures outstanding performance.

Features that set us apart

Modularity and flexibility

The pump has been developed with a focus on modularity, offering high flexibility to easily adapt to a wide range of customer requirements. The variable through drive concept of the DPVG allows operation both with and without an internal gear pump. This is complemented by an extensive controller concept that broadens the range of applications, making the pump the ideal solution for diverse operational requirements and applications.

ELS controller

A special ELS controller (electric proportional control with a safety valve) ensures the pump’s swivelling back to its neutral position in any operating condition. This enhances safety in both field and onroad applications.

Durability and Robustness

Thanks to its robust rotary group technology, the DPVG is built to endure the harshest conditions, providing load-independent stability and ensuring long hours of reliable operation.

Hydrostatic swashplate design available

DPVG pumps with a hydrostatic swashplate bearing offer exceptional resilience in comparison to traditional rolling element bearings. This innovative design minimises mixed friction, leading to a significant reduction in material wear and enhancing the pump’s overall longevity.
