Common rail injector

Highlights

The LI3 common rail injector was specially developed for large-scale diesel applications in the mining, rail, marine and power generation sectors and is particularly robust. The permanent leak-free build is designed for minimal control leakage and is thus very efficient. The double-walled housing design, flat-seat control valve and coated components provide ideal protection against aggressive fuels and vibrations. An integrated pressure tank eliminates the need for a rail and minimises pressure loss. The LI3 is available with various housing sizes and nozzle variants. The micro-precision parts that are important for the function of the injector are manufactured in-house and can thus be optimally adapted to specific customer requirements.
