Auger cleaner serve as guides for the auger during drilling and clean the auger when it is being extracted during concreting. The auger cleaner consists of a main body, which surrounds the auger. Three different sizes of auger cleaner are available. The auger cleaner is mounted on the leader of the basic machine via a guide. Inside the main body is a rotating sleeve equipped with internal reamers. The sleeve is rotated by a hydraulic drive, with the reamers running along the auger flights and reaming off the borehole cuttings.
