The manually loaded LC 400 M gear hobbing machine provides Liebherr quality with maximum flexibility and short delivery times.

The use of premium components and high-performance drives ensures the highest quality results over the entire product life cycle. Due to the extremely compact machine structure, only a small footprint is required. The machine also offers high productivity and a wide range of components at low acquisition cost.

The LC 400 M is delivered as standard with a state-of-the-art operating concept and touch based LHGearTec user interface.

Hob head

The cutter provides greater flexibility and productivity. Workpieces up to a module of 8 millimeters can be machined. The speed of the cutter spindle is 1,500 rpm. A mobile meshing and positioning device is optionally available.

LC 400 M – with handling device (crane) as option

Thanks to the optional, swiveling handling device (crane), workpieces, tools and devices weighing up to 100 kg can be quickly and ergonomically loaded and unloaded.This makes setup and maintenance much quicker and simpler.

Maximized operator friendliness

The optimized control panel LHStation & LHMobile

With the control panel, Liebherr intelligently divides the programming and operation of the machine between two system parts: the large, fixed monitor unit “LHStation” for data input and process monitoring and the standardized, mobile handheld terminal “LHMobile” with context-sensitive user guidance during setup. Both units have a multi-touch surface as well as tactile elements for optimum operating speed and operating safety.
