Liebherr-Aerospace has published for the first time a list of MROs (Maintenance and Repair Organizations) with which it signed Technical Publication Licence Agreements (TPLA) in order to support their commercial activities. The license gives them access to Liebherr-Aerospace’s technical publications for different types of aircraft. The list is available on the customer e-portal www.liebherr.aero/Pages/Home.aspx

Liebherr-Hausgeraete goes EcoVadis Platinum for the first time
Liebherr-Hausgeraete has been awarded the EcoVadis Platinum medal for the first time ever. This means that the fridges and freezers manufacturer has achieved its best result to date in the internationally recognised sustainability assessment. The decisive factor was improvements across all four assessment areas: Environment, Labour and Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement.

Liebherr LR 11350 erects the world’s tallest wind turbine
At the end of September, what is now the world’s tallest wind turbine was completed. A Liebherr LR 11350 crawler crane from Schmidbauer GmbH & Co. KG was used in the construction of the prototype of the so-called GICON high-altitude wind turbine in Lusatia, Brandenburg.
