About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Mobilisation Administrator is responsible for providing timely and effective site mobilisation administrative services for the Branch, Service Team, and our customers to ensure our employees meet industry and site access requirements.
Key Responsibilities

- Book training, medicals, inductions and any associated appointments required to maintain site access requirements
- Maintain a database and calendar of site induction requirements and work with Service Technicians to create / maintain site access across all of Liebherr’s customer sites
- Maintain information in customer portals
- Process travel bookings
- Work with the Service Supervisor to forecast induction requirements for upcoming work
- Weekly/Monthly reporting
About you
- Experience with heavy industry compliance requirements
- High level written communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Highly organised and personable
- Ability to take initiative and identify solutions to overcome hurdles
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Ability to focus on primary objectives in a changing environment and to plan, schedule and prioritise workload
- Initiative and self-drive
