About the Role:
As a global OEM, we are paving the way with new technology, and we are seeking a dynamic, confident and experienced Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our Queensland Branch who is highly organised and proactive with strong administrative skills and exceptional customer service engagement.
Essential Requirements:
Start immediately and provide timely and effective administrative and reception services to the business by:
- Answering and redirecting incoming calls to the business
- Organising travel and accommodation for staff and managers
- Creating purchase orders and coding invoices
- Building relationships with people within and external to the Brisbane office
- Providing back up support and leave coverage to the Executive Assistant to EGMs when required
- Management and coordination of internal and customer events and tours and
- Utilising your strong communication and organisational skills to work collaboratively.
Essential Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Exceptional literacy and numeracy skills
- Advanced customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using MS Suite
- High level organisational skills.
Applicants successful in progressing past interview stage will be required to undergo a Pre-employment process including National Police Clearance and Medical Screening process which includes drug and alcohol testing.
