Your responsibilities

  • Wind customer development, business involvement of series production project and porotype of customer, such as CSIC, SEwind, Envision, TYHI etc.
  • Business development in Wind MRO, through system replacement to lower customer’s failure rate and win sales revenue and positive reputation to further influence OEM business
  • Non-wind business development, such as shield tunneling machine project
  • Responsible for sales of large bearing, gearbox and other related products
  • Further market research and competitor analysis based on COT's business
  • Research of market target price and competitor's price
  • Effective systemically solution based on product feasibility research and market positing
  • Coordination of design tasks, timely procurement, assembly of prototypes and successful commissioning at the customer
  • Preparation and coordination of project plans and schedules
  • Control, planning and monitoring of actions and tasks similar to the product development process
  • Presentation of interim results before the appropriate decision-making bodies as well as presentation of the development results at the customer
  • Responsible to defining the customized application development, from requirements analysis through to the final productive use of each Common Rail components
  • Technical sales support in the acquisition of new projects
  • Business Development interface between the China Office and the European Lead Organization

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering
  • More than five year experience
  • Profound experience as an operative BD Manager
  • In-depth knowledge of development processes (OEM, software)
  • Excellent understanding of the product line and its own applications
  • Good level of technical knowledge in the field of Fuel Injection Components
  • Be familiar with mechanical engineering
  • Fluent Chinese and good English in speaking and writing, German skills are preferable
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient computer skills, MS office package
