Creating Passion: Your Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Induction
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements aligning to workforce planning and ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, selection support, offer negotiation & release.
- Engage with candidates after offer release and manage pre-joining formalities.
- Prepare employment documentation and maintain recruitment records.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Ensure all joining documents are collected and maintained as per company policies and compliance requirements.
- Monitor onboarding experience and support new employees during their transition into the organization.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, reward & recognition programs, and welfare initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in conducting employee feedback surveys and implementing action plans.
- Learning & Development
- Support Training Need Identification (TNI) activities in coordination with department heads.
- Prepare and maintain annual training calendars.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
- Maintain training records and monitor training effectiveness.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and capability development.
- Performance Management
- Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes.
- Help monitor and track employee performance metrics.
- Provide support in coordinating performance review meetings.
- HR Administration
- Manage HR Admin inventory, support in logistical topics, vendor management for HR activities.
- Compliance & Governance
- Support compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and documentation required for internal and external audits.
- Assist in HR compliance reviews and implementation of policy updates.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee and organizational information.
Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications
Qualification and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA - HR
Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a corporate or engineering & design centre environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
