Undercarriage & GET PlannerBalikpapan

We are looking Undercarriage & GET Planner for  for managing the inventory, procurement, and scheduling of heavy machinery wear parts (track links, rollers, sprockets, bucket teeth , cutting edges ,etc ) This role ensures that equipment, such as excavators and bulldozers,has the necessary components to minimize downtime, focusing on optimizing stock levels, analysing wear patterns to forecast needs.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze consumption patterns, historical data, and machine hours to forecast demand for high wear parts.
• Maintain optimal stock levels (Min – Max) to avoiding shortages.
• Monitoring and expedite procurement from factory for Undercarriage & GET components.
• Manage backorders and supplier lead times to ensure timely arrival.
• Coordinate inspection results and wear measurements of undercarriage & GET components to predict replacement needs.
• Coordinate the movement of parts between warehouses and inventory team Manage APR safety stock and consigement.
• Preparing a spare parts purchasing plan based on the preventive maintenance schedule and major repair (Overhaul).
• Coordinate and monitor with other involved departments (service,parts,reman,fabrication , and controlling) the defined action plan,and follow the implementation for service.
• Assist in the elaboration of clear reporting to management.
• Tracks and reports his operational KPIs, such as:
  - Core waiting list, Aging, Average return time.
  - Cores waiting reman inspection aging, Average response time.
  - Aging factory suppliers claims.
• Comply with all company policies on occupational safety and health, operational safety, and the environment.
• Comply with laws, regulations, and other mandatory requirements related to occupational safety and health, operational safety, and the environment.

Your qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3).
• Strong English verbal and written communication skill.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Mining Indusrty.
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment undercarriage systems (tracks, rollers, idlers) and GET (teeth, bucket).
• Ability communicates information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing; read and understand information presented in writing.
• Advance skill in BAAN program specially on analysis menu.
