Responsibilities

• Support maintenance of the report according to the business request, such as import and export analyses, logistics and service provider performance evaluation.
• Imp&exp declaration, include but not limit daily communication with customs broker and license application
• Focus and report the daily non-conformity and non-compliant issue.
• Support the AEO maintenance issue.
• Comply with and implement the compliance, IT security and the EHS requirements as required for the role; attend EHS-related trainings and report/take urgent actions as required once an emergency or EHS-related risk is discovered.
• Any other duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company or its authorized delegate.

Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree
• Logistics, International trading, Supply Chain Management, English
• Incoterm 2020
• HS classification
• At least 1 years’ working experience about Customs affairs;
• Knowledge of trading term
• Knowledge of import and export regulations
• Knowledge of customs free trade zone bonded policy
• Knowledge of AEO certification
• English and computer application;
• Communication skill;
• Detail oriented and scrupulous
• Thinking and acting responsibly
• Being open for change and development
• Team player
• Proactive
