Liebherr strengthens its market position in the dredging industry
Following the delivery of three large P 995 Litronic excavators for waterborne operations in the USA and Germany, Liebherr-France SAS sold another P 995 Litronic which will be delivered to The Netherlands in summer 2004. The P 995 Litronic is the most powerful and most productive pontoon excavator in its class. Thanks to its innovative design concept it also features first-class accessibility and serviceability which has already been recognized by the industry.
The P 995 Litronic has a service weight of approx. 350 t. Based on many years of experience in this field of application and a regular, intensive exchange of information with users in the dredging industry, the unique features of this machine have been especially developed to meet the special needs of marine operations. In addition to the attachments specially designed for waterborne activities, the P 995 Litronic includes high levels of corrosion resistance and environmental acceptability.
In addition to the P 995 Litronic, the Liebherr product range for dredging applications includes seven other special excavators with service weights from 45 to 520 t.
