At just 1800 rpm, the Liebherr diesel engine on the A 904 C Litronic produces an output of 105 kW / 143 hp. Together with the hydraulic pumps, carrier engine, swing drive, slewing ring and hydraulic cylinders, this diesel engine is another perfectly coordinated component manufactured in-house by Liebherr. As a result, the mobile excavator is equipped for the toughest of operating conditions and is particularly high-performance.

In terms of attachment variants, the A 904 C Litronic can be fitted with a 3.8-m hydraulically adjustable boom or a 5.3-m gooseneck boom. The sticks can be delivered at lengths of 2.25 m, 2.45 m, 2.65 m and 3.05 m. The Liebherr Likufix system can also be optionally fitted to this hydraulic excavator. Likufix combines a hydraulic quick-change system and an automatic hydraulic coupling system. All mechanical and hydraulic add-on equipment can thus be changed from within the operator's cab in a matter of seconds.
