The table below identifies the terms and conditions applicable to quotations and sales of equipment and parts and service by the listed Liebherr USA, Co. divisions. Unless the applicable Liebherr USA, Co. division (as applicable, “Liebherr”) has explicitly accepted additional or differing terms in writing, Liebherr expressly rejects any terms and conditions proposed by the customer that are in addition to or conflict with the applicable terms and conditions set forth below. Liebherr will not be bound by any agreement or modification of the terms and conditions below that is not in a writing signed by an authorized representative of Liebherr.
