Meet our customer services team in Dubai!
Established in 2008 within Liebherr Middle East FZE Dubai in Jebel Ali Free Zone, the product segment Aerospace and Transportation Systems was initially set up as a one-person representation office, with the mission to support growing fleets and the A380 Entry into Service in the region and to develop our Customer Services network.
The creation of a 1,000-m² spares distribution warehouse in 2015 expanded our services from Dubai.
A team of highly motivated professionals led by Damon Seksaoui manages Customer Services activities ranging from product support, MRO performance and business and services:
Liebherr field engineers Dominik Reichmann, Thomas Gauthier and Valeriy Dranishnikov consistently monitor customer awareness of our products. Alicja Stoklosa tracks regional aviation market evolutions and monitors performance of our spare/repair services, and Vanesa Husa manages the logistic flow of Liebherr parts to service our customers from Dubai; she also helps our Corporate Communication Team in the organization of Liebherr-Aerospace’s participation in trade events taking place in the Middle East region.
In 2022, our Dubai team supported on behalf of Liebherr Transportation Systems (China) the delivery and commissioning of heating-, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems installed on a passenger train supplied to Etihad Rail. The train was exhibited during the UAE national day December 1, marking the launch of a flagship project to connect Gulf Cooperation Council countries by rail.
